Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds may only be granted if the course has not been substantially accessed, completed, or certified.
- Once a course has been completed or a certificate has been issued, refunds cannot be provided.
Cancellations
- Learners wishing to cancel their enrolment should contact our support team as soon as possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
